(Records to be kept by Person who manages Air Transportation Service)
Article 149-(5) The records to he kept by the person who manages an air transportation service under the provisions of Article 61-(2) paragraph 3 of the Law shall be the records made by flight recording devices (except after 60 days have passed since recording) concerning the most recent 24-hour period of navigation, with the exception of periods in which the engines were not runing

Article 150. No aircraft Shall be used for air navigation unless equipped with emergency equipment as prescribed in the following table:
